i. Our experience claims handler can assist you at every stage of your claim.
ii. Please notify your claim with the Allianz Customer Services/Call Centre , Allianz Customers they should call 13-303333 (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
iii. When telephoning please have the following information with to hand :
1. Policy Number
2. Risk Address and postcode.
3. Policyholder name
4. Details of the claim
iv. You can make temporary repairs but please keep the bills as there may form part of the claim
v. We must have the chance to inspect the dame before you carry out any permanent repairs.
vi. If someone is holding you responsible for damage to their property or injury to them, please tell us as soon as possible and give us full written details. You must send us any write; summons or other legal documents & Please do not admit any liability toward any third party unless approved by Allianz Takaful in writing.

Broken Glass is dangerous for both you and your visitors and in some circumstances can be a major security risk, you can fix the damages Glass if the cost is less than BD50/- (Subject to our company final approval) else you have to notify the company first to take the prior approval.
