Cover:
- Physical damage to property by any cause that is not specifically excluded, whether items at work, or at rest, being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning or overhauling of being shifted within the premises or subsequent re-erection
In the event of a partial loss, the Participant is covered for:
- Full cost of replacement parts, plus;
- Repair charges, cost of dismantling and re-erection
- Depreciation
- Actual material and labour costs plus overheads, if the repair costs are taken care of by the Participant
What is not covered under this contract:
- Electrical or mechanical breakdown or boiler explosion
- Replaceable parts like bolts and chains
- War and related perils
- Damage due to accidents to carrying vehicles, trains, crafts or vessels
- Damage to plant and machinery working underground
- Contractual liability
- Consequential loss
- Existing defects
- Inventory loss
