The Baiti Takaful Contract covers all types of risks with regards to all types of risks of physical loss or damage to property
- Death or permanent disablement of a domestic helper or workers due to an accident
- Medical expenses and cost of repatriation of mortal remains to the Participants country of origin
- Repatriation of mortal remains to the Participants country of origin
Amount of Cover:
- Death or permanent total disablement - BD3,000/-
- Medical expenses due to an accident - BD500/-
- Repatriation expenses - BD1,000/-
What is not covered under this contract:
- Suicide, intentional self injury or any attempt
- Deliberate act of a Master
- Intoxicating liquor or drugs
- Hazardous pursuits and occupations
- Persons below 18 years of age and above 65 years of age
Definition of a Domestic Helper house maid, house boy, gardener, driver, cleaner, helper, cook and baby sitter.
