- Financial loss suffered by the Participant due to the act of an employee involving:
- Fraud or dishonesty
- Embezzlement or larceny
- Forgery
- Fraudulent conversion of money or money's worth or goods
What is not covered under this contract:
- Non-observance/relaxations of systems of checks and precautions
- Previous acts of fraud or dishonesty (prior to the commencement of cover)
- Arising out of suppression of a fact affecting the risk at the time of affecting the Contract
