- Fire
- Lightning
- Domestic Explosion
- Aircraft damage
- Earthquake
- Impact by any road vehicle or animal other than the Participants own
- Storm, tempest, flood, cyclone, typhoon, tornado and inundation
- Subsidence, landslide and heave
- Bursting and/or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes
What is not covered under this contract:
- Riot, strike and civil commotion
- War and related perils
- Nuclear perils
- Sabotage and terrorism
- Short circuits and/or overrunning of electrical installations
- Fire due to the Participants own fermentation and/or spontaneous combustion
- Pollution and contamination (unless this is caused by a protected/covered peril)
- Money, securities, goods held in trust or commission or under care and custody and control of the Participant
- Consequential loss
- Property covered under marine transit contracts
Additional Covers:
(These are available as "add-ons" by payment of an additional amount of contribution)
- Loss of rent
- Architects or surveyors fees, etc.
- Removal of debris
- Terrorism
- Malicious Damage
