Property All Risks

This Contract covers all types of risks with regards to a physical loss or damage to a property that is protected by this Contract, other than the risks that are specifically excluded.

• Fire, explosion, lightning
• Earthquake
• Storm, tempest and flood
• Aircraft damage or articles dropped there from
• Impact damage by vehicles or animals
• Escape of water from fixed tanks, pipes or apparatus

• Wear and tear, depreciation and inherent vice
• Property damage in the course of construction
• Electrical or mechanical breakdown and/or short circuit
• War and allied perils
• Nuclear perils, nuclear weapons and materials
• Terrorism
• Riot, strike, malicious damage, terrorism (unless opted to cover)
• Willful misconduct
• Consequential loss (unless opted to cover)

• Theft (forcible and violent entry or exit of premises)
