Siyarati Claims
The time of having an accident directly you have to contact the Traffic Police on 119 to attend your accident/incident and to prepare for you the necessary legal report.
2- Original Traffic Receipt.
3- Insurance Card.
4- Copy of the vehicle ownership.
5- Copy of the driver License.
6- Contract Excess Amount (in case it is your fault).
Once this step is done, kindly contact Allianz Takaful Customer Service Offices to guide you how to register your Siyarati Claim.
The Necessary Documents to open a claim file are as below:
