Third Party Coverage :

Under this section, the Contract covers only the accountability of the vehicle owner for damage to the property of third parties, or injury or death of the third parties, as stipulated by the law. It provides cover for amounts that the owner of the vehicle may become legally liable for in respect of:

Death of or bodily injury to any person including all passengers in the vehicles (except the Participant, the Participants spouse or the driver) unlimited coverage

Property damage (except those owned by the Participant or the driver at the time of the accident or property that has been entrusted to the Participant or is in the custody or control of the Participant up to a maximum of BD500,000
