Cover :
- Provides indemnity to the Participant for all sums for which the Participant is held liable to pay to his employees for bodily injury or property damage arising out of and in the course of employment in accordance with the law
- Costs and expenses incurred in defending any claim for such compensation
What is not covered under this contract:
- Any injury by accident or disease directly attributed to war and related perils
- Liability towards contractor employees
- Liability attached due to an agreement which is not otherwise attached
